Welcome to UNSEEN, a clothing brand operated by AuraLabs LLC. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products and Availability

UNSEEN offers original apparel and accessories, including made-to-order products fulfilled through third-party production partners.

We make every effort to display product colors, designs, descriptions, and sizing accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing processes.

Product availability, pricing, and designs may change without notice.

2. Orders and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and duties will be presented where available.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders involving suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or product availability issues. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.

3. Production and Shipping

Many UNSEEN products are made to order. Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

4. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preferences.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All original UNSEEN branding, designs, artwork, graphics, and written content are owned by AuraLabs LLC or used with appropriate permission.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

6. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or use its content in violation of applicable laws.

7. Third-Party Services

Our store uses Shopify and third-party providers for payment processing, production, fulfillment, and delivery. Their respective terms and privacy practices may apply to services they provide.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, UNSEEN and AuraLabs LLC are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products.
